"We had a wonderful stay! Originally, it was just going to be my husband and me, but our plans changed and my mother joined us. The owner was incredibly kind and understanding about the change in our guest count. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. My mother absolutely loved the bedroom she stayed in; there is a tree right outside the window, and she found the sound of the wind rustling the leaves incredibly peaceful and comforting. The location is excellent. It is a short, easy walk to the golf course and its restaurant, and there is a grocery store right on the corner for quick trips. While we spent a lot of time out exploring, we did use the pool, which was very clean and enjoyable. We highly recommend this property!"

"Nice unit with a nice comfortable home atmosphere. Kitchen especially well equipped. Enjoyed several breakfasts and dinners on the lanai with beautiful setting.Only issue was that parking was only for one vehicle, not two as had been communicated. So any guests have to park on the street and walk in. Apparently this was a recent change at the Waikoloa Villas Complex.Will likely return as this worked well for us and was just minutes from family living in Waikoloa."

"We’ve traveled in Hawaii for 30 years and this property is an absolute gem. If you’re looking for a super clean, very nicely appointed, quiet condo with a magnificent view, this is your place. Plus, it’s located very close to a great grocery store and there’s easy access to roads leading to the coast, to Kohala, to Hamakua; the very best of what rural Hawaii has to offer. Yes, Kona has the food and beverage spots, but if that’s not so important, consider this place."

"Ruth and Buddy were very accommodating. The house had everything we needed away from home. And Ruth was always available if we need anything. Location was great. Not too far from town but away enough to hear all the night time critters. The frogs are very loud at night, but we enjoyed them."
