"Overall great stay! We loved our rooms and pool+ocean view. The activities were really awesome, we tried ti leaf lei, plant press painting and also enjoyed the hula show a lot. In unit washer dryer was helpful. Kitchen was well equiped with utensils (no spices or any food present).. The activity convierge staff Connor was really awesome and suggested great beaches and food places. The reception staff was rude if asked questions and their check in is like really long full of instructions. the pool was very dirty for all 3 days, full of insects small and large. Didnt see them clean at all. They charge a lot for beach equipment rentals which are given for free by other resorts we have stayed in. The phone in rooms wasnt working, and they have only one maintenance guy for everything. No house cleaning if staying less than 10 days."

"This hotel is in a great location, centrally located in Kona. If you are doing Manta Ray snorkeling, the launch is just a few minutes walk away to all the different companies. The staff in the lobby can even help you book it. Breakfast buffet was really good, mainlanders may think it is expensive but you will pay the same or more anywhere else. After a big rain there was standing water in various spots of the hotel including our lanai. But this is a really nice hotel"

"Our stay here was very nice. The property is beautiful, well maintained and has a lot of amenities. I love that they have a bin of beach toys and chairs that you can use. It has a great location. The only down side was the employee that was rude about us parking in the reserved instead of the limited unloading. He could have explained it nicer. The mongoose situation is a little out of control as well."

"This is a lovely condo for our family of five.We had everything we needed, down to the snorkel and beach gear. We could easily prepare a family meal or pop out to a nearby local restaurant for a bite to eat. We enjoyed this location for the space and scenery. All our needs were met, or yet, we could easily access those items we forgot or wanted.Our family of grown children could spread out and feel like they weren't restricted. Each room has its own bathroom, and showers were easy. We enjoyed one anothers company and our privacy as well."

"An amazing condo! For a mom with three kids, the fully equipped kitchen was a 100 out of 10! What’s more, it had everything needed for the beach (chairs, a mask and fins, water shoes, towels, an umbrella, and even inflatable floats for the little ones and a waterproof phone case for underwater photos!). Morning coffee on the balcony—with a beautiful view of both the ocean and the pool, plus the visiting birds—really made my mornings. There is a KTA store just a five-minute walk away at the plaza (offering an amazing selection of breakfast pastries, a huge variety of poke bowls, and more). I am so glad I stumbled upon this last-minute booking. Paul, the manager, was incredibly kind and welcoming; he called to confirm the reservation just half an hour after I booked and said he would try to get the condo ready before the standard 3:00 PM check-in time (since our flight was landing at 9:35 AM). Sure enough, by noon, we were already snorkeling at the beach with the kids! Thank you!"

"Our family of six had a great time here. Kitchen was stocked with pans, utensils,lots of plates and bowls. Large refrigerator, dishwasher and range with oven. Elegant countertop to sit by and enjoy meals. The package of ground Kona coffee was greatly appreciated! We got some of our own supplies like olive oil, some spices, more Kona coffee, and laundry detergent. The two bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. A stairway to the loft leads to two twin beds also very comfortable. The two full bathrooms downstairs and powder room in the loft all were very nice and had enough towels, soap and shampoo. The living area leads to a balcony where we could sit, look out over the golf course, gaze on the blue ocean beyond and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Host is easy to get in touch with as when I had to ask about a rental agreement I had to sign and return via email, that surprised me.Some construction was also going on behind the apartments during the Friday we were there, which was a bit noisy but we were out most of the day. Then the weekend came so not much of a bother. Both bedrooms have A/C. The loft does not but we felt it was cool enough mid June and we were fine with the many fans everywhere. Overall a great stay! Mahalo."
