"so, a big part of this is my own fault, but they do advertise a 24 hour convenience desk, which is not true. I came in at one in the morning because the bus dropped me off, I had to walk 20 minutes to get to the hotel from the station, and when I got there, nobody was at the helpdesk. There were two little boys sleeping behind the helpdesk, but they didn’t stir to a flashlight in their faces. I had to check myself in, grab my own key, make my own bed, and clean up a little bit. "Nice place to stay! I wasn’t a big fan of the wheels on the beds. The breaks didn’t work and my bed moved around. At night there are lots of cockroaches on the streets near the hotel. Staff was very nice but very few speak English. I arrived late at night and had trouble getting my room as there was no one at the front desk and I couldn’t talk to the person on the phone since they only spoke Thai."
