Great hotel, everything pretty new. I loved that there was a kitchen included in the room and free barista coffee during the day for guests. Bed was comfortable too and the location quiet with good public transport nearby. Thank you

Staff were friendly and helpful. There are complimentary hot drinks at the lobby for guests, simply take a cup and fill up your coffee/tea. The only downside is that the cleaning of the room will only be done in every 3 days. Overall, i enjoyed the stay.

Excellent value for the price, studio modern and clean, friendly staff. Marcos F was very helpful with advice on local restaurants. They have a place to store bikes but as it's not locked they were fine with us keeping our bikes in our room.

Location and hotel enlightening

The location is excellent and a wonderful concept which is different to most other hotels. My only negative comment would be that with being on a business trip the seating to work at the desk on my computer was not the most comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay! Besides being very beautiful, it had facilities like a kitchenette which enable to cook home made food. Very close to supermarket, staffs were amazing, always helpful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel with everything you could want and more. Friendly staff, a lovely relaxing roof top terrace. Free coffee from the machine 24/7. Lovely room, air conditioned which was needed, patio, coffee machine, lovely big bed, large tv with WiFi, fridge, nice bathroom, rainfall shower. Not too far from the local train station, I comfortably walked it. An Aldi on route too, I bought my own breakfast so can’t comment on the food.

The reception desk was located inside the Hotel Restaurant/Bar, which was a little surprising to us. Our key card to access the room was also used to activate lights, Air conditioning etc. in the room, which was unique. When walking through the corridor one would be listening to bird sounds and that was very nice and calming. Parking was available in a Parking Garage across the hotel for a fee collected by the hotel. Overall we had a great stay.

A big thank you to Julia and Luana for great service and support! Me and my daughter had an amazing time and I will definitely be back and then together with my husband. Parking was great and not so expensive. Bus stop just around the corner and tickets we received at the check in. Breakfast great. Room amazing. Cosy and bed very comfortable! Obrigado!

We were generally happy with our stay. The hotel has everything you might need — especially the kitchen area, which was very well-equipped, even with a small dishwasher. The room was clean and thoughtfully arranged. There’s a parking lot right across the street, including some hotel-designated spots, but you still need to pay the standard fee. Unfortunately, there’s no parking discount for hotel guests. One downside was that the water wasn’t draining properly in the bathroom, which made taking a shower a bit difficult.

Environmentally conscious and clean, walking down the hall to our room felt like a stroll through a Brazilian rain forest, complete with jungle-themed wall paper and the piped-in audio track of exotic birds. We did not order breakfast as we had a friend cooking for us, but the buffet looked plentiful and tasty. Lots of young families and single young adults. Parking was in a lot across the street. Lift was out of order and walkway had broken glass. If you take your ticket inside and pay at registration, you have in and out privileges. Room was good size with refrigerator and automatic phone chargers. To turn on the lights, insert your room key and leave it there. Towels are small. Two per room. Front desk agent was very friendly and spoke English fluently. Only nervous moment was walking back to hotel at night from bus stop … walked through an overgrown pathway with high grass and lots of foilage … no street lights. Otherwise had a great stay!

INADEQUATE AIR CONDITIONING- - the unit is above The room door at the furthest point from The bed. It’s under powered making it impossible to sleep in the heat. We had to use a fan we had while we were camping earlier in our trip so we could sleep. Check in poor - provided all the details beforehand only to have to re input them again when I arrived. Apart from the above the room is nice, clean and well equipped. Good shower

Brazilian stay in Konstanz

We were very warmly welcomed by Jose N.! It was my wife’s birthday, he and the team sang happy birthday and even gave her a goody bag! Such a nice surprise! The breakfast was great with Brazilian treats and cakes. This is the 2nd time in a Rioca Hotel, we are very happy with the services. We will be back!

What a pleasant surprise! We were glad and very happy to be the first guests at this brand new Brazilian Design Apartment Hotel. On our arrival, we were warmly welcomed as VIP! Raffaela, José and the whole team immediately made us feel very comfortable and fully relaxed like being at home. Great apart hotel quite a way out if central Konstanz. The place has just been finished, the glass on the balcony had not been installed was a lump of wood. AC did not work in room. The whole place was super clean and the staff very friendly. The area surrounding is being developed so building work.

An Immersive Brazilian Experience at Rioca Hotel

Rioca Hotel offers a wonderful immersion into Brazilian culture. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxing, with the sound of birds in the halls and plenty of lush greenery. The rooms, decorated in green and black, feel like a unique escape. As a newly opened hotel, there are a few areas that still need improvement. The balconies, for instance, are yet to be furnished, and the air conditioning system could use some adjustments. It’s automatic and often shuts off after just five minutes, which made it difficult to keep cool during hot times. A few small amenities were also missing from the room, Rioca offers hand wash and hair/shower gel, which does have a beautiful scent. However, it would be nice to see the addition of shower caps. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything you need and some excellent coffee, but it would be great to have a few tea bags and some sugar available as well. Breakfast was delightful, However, I felt that the breakfast selection could be expanded. While gluten-free bread was available, I would love to see more gluten-free pastry options. One of the highlights of our stay was the coffee—it’s truly first-class, with a natural sweetness. The atmosphere in the reception and lounging area is so relaxing that you can easily spend hours just sitting and enjoying your coffee. Overall, I recommend Rioca Hotel. Despite the small improvements needed, which are understandable for a newly opened hotel, the experience is truly unique and worth every moment
