This property refused to check us in the evening, due to unfortunate unforeseen issues that had accured with our trip to Turkey from Australia, they offered us a less than pleasant alternative and we had to book another place on the same day we were scheduled to check into Onkel. Very angry and unhappy about what they did, and would like to demand a full refund.

Soon as we arrived everything felt like a big lie and a con which put us at unease and fearful. First we were told we had no reservation , clearly we had all the paperwork. Then security directed one of us to a rival apartment , the rest were left in 35 degrees heat on the footpath for 5 hours. Here a web of lies were spun confusing us to the point of fear , where are we to stay, who is the real Onkel, where is our reservation, the two rivals began arguing and the police were called as the children still sat outside on the pavement. We resorted to calling Expedia to help us , instead of as planned an afternoon in the pool we were in limbo fearful and confused. Would not recommend to any one.

Vi ble ikke møtt av noen som avtalt ved ankomst. Etter å ha kontaktet verten kom hun omsider, men snakket ikke engelsk. Vi ble informert av vaktholdet på stedet at eier ikke var ønsket på stedet og at hun lurte familier til å leie, uten å rapportere det til myndighetene, for å slippe å betale skatter. Hun skyldte på elektriske problemer og ville "ta oss med til et annet sted", men de som jobbet på stedet sa at vi var fjerde familien denne dagen som var blitt lurt, og at det stadig dukket opp nye familier som trodde de skulle bo der, men ble møtt av en stengt port. Vi tilkalte politiet, og etter mye om og men fikk vi kansellert bookingen og tilbakebetalt pengene. Verten skulle hjelpe oss å finne et nytt hotell og betale taxi dit, men satt seg i bilen og stakk av underveis. Heldigvis var de som faktisk driver hotell der veldig hjelpsomme og hjalp oss etterhvert å booke en leilighet der. All honnør til Mustafa og Rada apartment hotels som hjalp oss over all forventning og reddet ferien.

Jag gillade läge för boendet och trevliga personalen, om man frågar efter nåt svarar de direkt. Mycket bra för kommunikation. Platsen för boendet nära allt. Jag rekommenderar boendet Onkel Residence. Där finns en tjej som jobbar hos de, hon är det bäst.

Rezervasyon dan hemen sonra iletişim telefon numarasını mail olarak geldi . Giriş saatimizi bildirdik . Geldiğimizde Melek hanım bizi kapıda bekliyordu .Hızlı bir giriş yaptıktan sonra Melek hanım sıcak duş için gerekli yardımı ve bilgileri bize aktardırdıktan sonra biz istirahatımıza geçtik. Ev sıcaktı ,mutfak gereçleri tamdır.Balkon var. TV ve internet çalışmakta. Herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

Modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen... . Sehr anschaulich und modern eingerichtet. Da fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Das ist das 2. Apartment-Hotel in Antalya, das ich gebucht habe. Nicht im Ansatz vergleichbar. Dieses Apartment-Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Nice ans quite but in needs of some maintenance

The self catering apartment was lovely with very modern facilities but in need of some maintenance and a good old deep clean. Same goes for the downstairs gym and spa facilities. On the bright side - great living space, air conditioning and storage, good food in the restarrant and lovely and very helpful reception staff :)

Gutes Hotel, ca. 15 min. Von dem Strand.

Sehr angenehm, Einkaufen in der Nahe. Man kann auch mit dem Bus zu alte Stadt Tiket ca.2,75 t.L. aber zurück von alte Stadt braucht Taxi, kann man auch mit dem Bus aber schwer. Ich empfehle weiter.

جيدة إلى حدما خصوصاً أن الرحلة عائلية نظام شقق مفروشة ولكن خدمة المساعدة في حمل الحقائب غير موجودة دورة مياة واحدة المطبخ متكامل جداً غسالة ملابس وغسالة صحون ومكواة بشكل عام التقييم مقارنة بالسعر جيد ولا بأس به
