Julie was a great host and we had a great view of the river and surrounds. Our stay was delightful in amongst the tranquil nature. Great walks to do along the river. Also very tasty fish and chips from the local general store. Koondrook is a hidden gem and we would definitely come back and stay!

The Staff and in particular Julie the manger were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. An added bonus is that the motel is just staggering distance from the Koondrook pub. This hotel serves a wide range of beers and great meals. It is so good that the locals from accross the river in Barham drive passed two other hotels and the club to eat and drink there!

An absolute gem!!!!

Beside the mighty Murray separated by the tall gum trees is a tasty retreat to lay your swag and get your billy on the boil. Then listen to the birdsong as the sun goes down. A perfect end to a hectic day. I can't think of anything bad to say about this little gem. The lady who owns the business is lovely, so are all the other ladies we met. The room was scrupulously clean and extremely comfortable with everything we needed. So nice to have a bathroom with natural light!!! The view from the balcony was stunning, combined with the sounds of the birds I could have sat on the balcony for hours!!! (I did!!!) I can't wait to go back again. I would have no hesitation in recommending this motel
