"Wow - beautiful hotel on the hill. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had both breakfasts and dinners there - all was excellent. The pool is small but well equipped - and the steam room and sauna also great. A brilliant time was had and though you are further outside krakow it was less than 10 pounds in a uber. We will return !"

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all facilities were amazing. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, and if you ran out of pods there was a free coffee machine downstairs! We got a free little cake delivered to our room on our last night which was a lovely touch. A stay that won’t be forgotten "

"The rooms are not sound proof. You can hear through the walls. The room fan or air conditioner is also noisy and makes a continuous sound throughout….. The location is terrible unless you plan to eat in the hotel and hang out at the park. It’s highly inconvenient and each walk out require you to walk around the AC hotel instead of a direct pathway either blocked off by construction or it’s never been consider. a more direct path - for this reason stay at AC would be better… when tired from...

"This hotel is great. The location is brilliant, a nice easy stroll into the centre of Krakow and near to the river and the castle. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. The whole hotel felt very clean and calm with very good facilities."

"Was für ein wunderbarer Ort! Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel unweit der Altstadt (10min zu Fuß) in einer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderem zu machen. Es fühlt sich an, wie gute Freunde zu besuchen - trotzdem hat man absolute Privatsphäre. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar! In der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnküche werden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! "

The hotel is not really on the 2nd floor - there’s about 50+ stairs and when you have 100lbs of luggage that was tough. The breakfast next door was great and I once again can’t say enough about the staff! A boutique hotel is not really our thing, but they do a great job for those who like boutiques. VERY close to everything!"

"This is the ONLY hotel you should consider staying at in Krakow. It’s has something for everyone - bring your wife and kids. Bring your mistress when the wife and kids are at home. Bring a group of 17 for a stag do. The staff were friendly and very helpful, whether we needed help with the local culture or locating a missing person, they had it. Massive thank you to Natalya and Angelica, you were great and were both very understanding and very forgiving (huge apology about the sign) "
