Welcome to the apartment of the Bormann family in Koserow!

Fully equipped 3 rooms Non smoking apartment with a living room, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with tub, an additional guest toilet with washing machine. A 5. Adult can stay on a guest bed.

Located in Koserow on the coastal forest, our apartment offers peace, near the beach and all the comfort you could wish for. Just a 10-minute walk from the beach, 15 minutes from the town center and 15 minutes from Karl's adventure village, young and old will find certification in the most beautiful time of the year.

Between Kaiserbäder and Peenemünde - Koserow forms the middle of the island of Usedom. From here you can reach all the amenities of the island in a short time. Whether the Baltic Sea spa in Ahlbeck or the old submarine shipyard in Peenemünde - everything is only a few kilometers from Koserow.

Geräumig aber schmutzig

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Usedom. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig. Besonders gut fanden wir die Durchreiche von Küche zum Wohnzimmer. Auch fanden wir die qualitativ guten Fliegengitter in Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer sehr gut. In Küche haben uns Gardinen gefehlt. Dadurch wurde es immer sehr warm in der Fewo. Ein großer Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit der Fewo. Der Boden war teilweise bei Anreise schmutzig und sandig und im Bad hingen schon sehr alte Spinnweben. Der Geschirrspüler ist sehr verschmutzt und verkalkt und auch das Geschirr in den Schränken war schmutzig. Und leider waren die Möbel teilweise beschädigt. Zum Beispiel war bei einem Stuhl das Bein so locker, dass sich keiner ohne Sorgen draufsetzen konnte.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer gut ausgestatteten FeWo

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der FeWo. Reservierter Parkplatz gehörte dazu. Mit Kleinkind war besonders die Waschmaschine ideal. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war auch gut.

Urlaub in Koserow

Eine sehr schön und super eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Auch die Lage ist vor allem mit Kindern ideal. Man kann fußläufig zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und zu Karls Erlebnishof. Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Top gepflegte, moderne Ferienwohnung im Landhausstil direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und detailreich im Landhausstil eingerichtet und gut gepflegt. Nur ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt ist auch schon die Ostsee, also eine sehr gute Lage. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Daumen hoch, wir kommen sehr sehr gern wieder.
