The room is bright and warm and enjoys breathtaking views from the patio doors, which open out onto the pool area.



The dining area has an elegant table with six chairs; there are French doors which open out to the veranda, setting the scene for a unique dining experience. The modern kitchen with its granite work surfaces is complete with stainless steel appliances including microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and electric oven/hob.



A staircase leads up to the master bedroom; the room is complete with parquet flooring, fitted wardrobes, a large double bed and side cabinet with matching lamps. The master bedroom is adjacent to the common bathroom, which features a bath with shower.



Also situated on the first floor is a twin bedded room, featuring bedside cabinets with matching lamps and fitted wardrobes.



The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with a luxurious double bed and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity unit and a toilet. It can also be used as a guest WC.



Outside, the property is complete with outdoor dining furniture, a free-standing barbeque, sun loungers and the central attraction; a magnificent 8m x 4m private swimming pool* with ladder steps. The pool creates a welcoming sense of tranquility and complete relaxation, as you look across the awe-inspiring sloping greens of the Golf Course.
