Decent enough hotel that shows some wears and tears. Good service and close to MTR with many restaurants and cafes nearby. It is located in a rather industrial area and don't have the best curb appeal. I booked this hotel because it was close to the family I was visiting.

We stayed for 29 days in this hotel , but we didn’t receive special price or future credit for the long stay , that was disappointing, but the hotel is close to MTR and very convenient to restaurants and malls . I like to recognize my room attendant named Coco, she is a very friendly accommodating lady , met all our requests without delays, very flexible to our convenience to make up our room , she made our stay much more comfortable 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

We booked our appointment through hotel.com. When we arrived, the staff couldn’t find our booking and refused to give us any support and just asked us to find the agency. The whole process is not very polite, without any smile, happy face which made us very uncomfortable. We hope the hotel can improve their service attitude which this is directly affect the mood of the clients. We hope to have a cozy staycation.

Staffs was so so. The room was torn up. Whoever designed this place totally failed. The bathroom with a wooden floor in the shower is disgusting. Opening the shower door scoop the mat away and splashes water everywhere. I can hear everything next door. Janitor clean the room, one day very clean and another day barely did anything. However, I do like the location of this hotel because it's close to my grandparents and provide easy transportation.

The room facilities are not enough, only one chair without a side table, if friends coming for visit can only sit in the bed. The light in bathroom cannot see face properly due to the brightness from ceiling! The air-cond temperature inside the room cannot be adjusted either too cold or too hot. No outside views through window, only have tall buildings blocking !
