"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept, and the property and pool were well maintained. "Lovely hotel but not as good as I expected. Great breakfast. Shuttles to the ‘beach’ but it’s actually far away and there’s no stand,instead a little jetty. The room was spacious and clean. I love the cats/kittens around. I questioned the staff about food/water bowels as I saw 2 cats drinking from the pool (not good), they advised have have food stations out of site and a animal first aid kit which made me very happy. It would be amazing if hotels starting neutering the cats at their hotels to help with the numbers. And set up a box in the hotel for donations to help with neutering a Liam’s in their area. I would have definitely donated. We were in a hurry to checkout to get a flight & lady at reception made me wait to check the mini bar then tried to charge me for things we hadn’t touched. Over all a lovely stay but I think a little overpriced"

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was great. Everything was well taken care of. Honestly, I think this hotel is underrated and deserves more attention. I’d definitely stay here again."
