Comfortable and Clean!

The room was lovely, one of the nicer bathrooms we’ve had on our trip. Super comfy bed too. Finding it was a bit hard, as their sign is very high up and they don’t have a traditional front lobby. The check in area is in the front of the restaurant, at a tour desk. Very friendly staff and a great place to stay!

The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures!

This hotel doesn’t look anything like the pictures! They even said that the pictures were taken years before. Old and broken furnitures and just a blanket on the bed with no sheets on. The room had a awful smell and we had to buy an air refreshner to get rid of some of the smell. The bathroom still had an awful smell that didn’t go away. Apart from this, the room were clean. And the staff were polite. Sorry Swiss, the room is not pricy and the location isn’t the best but this was far from what I expected.

The room was clean and spacious. There was a balcony where we had eaten our breakfast, it also had a rack for drying clothes. Although we didn't have a problem with the room being two stories up the narrow stairs, I can see that it being an issue for some. WiFi wasn't stable. Staff was really nice and helpful, when we had trouble with transportation to our next destination. The surroundings are a lovely sight with beaches and market really close at hand, also other necessary services being close.

Les photos sur le site de cet etablissement ne refletent pas la réalité. De plus obligés de traverser le bar pour acceder aux chambres. Côté rue bruillant. Nous avons payé la chambre sans y avoir du coup dormi.

I really enjoy to stay in this hotel, very. Lose to all Beaches and very helpful friendly stuff and service. I was planing to stay 3 nights and extended it for 4 more. Totally recommend it!

A nice place to stay

Very nicely maintained place. A big plus- a kettle and ample coffee and water stocked daily! A good bit of light comes through the curtains at night, so you may benefit from a blackout mask if you like it especially dark. I felt the pillows seemed a tad stale, so I just covered mine with a bath towel.

Good location in Ao Nang.

Good location within ten minute walk of two beaches. Shops and restaurants are right on your doorstep. Rooms are basic but clean, you get aircon, ensuite bathroom and a TV. Better than a hostel room, which is how I heard a staff member describe it to some guests of the bar one evening. I was in a block that wasn't above Swiss Chalet which surprised me, it was through a shop walkway however it was quiet. Didn't seem like the most secure location however as the door to the block was always open.

Perfekt hvis du ikke trenger basseng.

Bodd der 5 ganger nå,og er like fornøyd hver gang. De har ikke basseng,men er rett ved stranden så det er ikke viktig for oss. får mye for pengene. Skal selfølgelig tilbake.

Trevlig personal och bra service

Ren och fräscht rum, gångavstånd till stranden, restauranger och annat. Helt OK säng och fint badrum. Dom tvättar även för en billig peng. Hade en väldigt bra upplevelse på Swiss Chalet dem fyra dagarna jag och min sambo stannade där.

Um bom lugar pra ficar

O atendimento do Swiss Chalet é muito bom. Todas as pessoas que me atenderam foram muito amigáveis e corteses. Quando cheguei observei que era, na verdade, um bar. Com receio, solicitei ver o quarto antes de pagar. A Dewk me levou para ver um quarto num prédio separado. A entrada era um corredor com uma loja de roupas, quando chegava ao final uma porta. Subia uma escada para chegar no quarto reservado. O quarto era grande, mas não tinha nenhuma vista. Da sacada apenas tapumes. Falei que não gostaria de ficar lá e ela me deu um "upgrade" para o andar superior, com uma vista para outro hotel, pelo menos. Nesse prédio ficam apenas 4 quartos que são independentes com uma excelente Wi-FI e próximo da praia de Ao Nang.

Grande chambre au confort acceptable

L'accès à la chambre est particulière car il faut emprunter un corridor improvisé non aménagé. L'hôtel d'un certain âge rempli toutefois bien son usage. La vue sur l'hôtel voisin récemment construit réduit considérablement l'intimité de la chambre. Prix un peu élevé. L'hôtel est bien localisé.

They were sweet and kind during my ordeals that had nothing to do with them. they remain patient and helpful. Even the owner went out of his way to be sure everything was OK for me thank you Roland and staff for helping to make my stay very enjoyable I highly recommend this place ! Great location in the center walking distance to everything you could want or need on your vacation beach nightlife shopping restaurants . It's easy to get around I did not get lost at all great price everything you need in your room spacious bathroom with good counterspace , Nice closet with plenty of hangers. There's also a balcony chairs table and a clothes rack. There's a coffee in your room and two free bottled water's which you will need to stay hydrated !
