Very cute and historic hotel, conveniently located next to the Planty (garden park) and the outskirts of Old Town 5 minute walk from the Cathedral Square and a 10-15 minute walk from Kazimierz. Staff was super friendly, restaurant had great food. Still here for another few hours but highly recommend to other travelers.

Great location! Close to everywhere around old town in Krakow, including the Wawel Castle. In the center but quiet and intimate. Highly recommend to anyone looking to experience the old Krakow.

Spent a week here for a conference. What is great: first off the location. Nestled just inside the old city you have quick access to the square without its noise for a good sleep. Secondly, the rooms are all different and all with their own theme and decoration; making for a charming atmosphere. Housekeeping is immaculate. Finally, the service. Need to leave before breakfast opens, they make you a generous replacement. What is good: breakfast is varied with a solid selection of prepared items (no cooked to order). Water kettle in room with a mini fridge. The reception is open 24 hrs. The meh: the internet is slow. It manages a zoom call on low quality but social media or streaming get the occasional lag. Still, this is a solid choice for those seeking a small and personable hotel in an excellent location.
