This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging taxi's, giving us tips and advice. I have never been so sad to leave a hotel

The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring and the hotel itself was fantastic and quiet. We also had a lovely meal in the hotel’s restaurant, the food was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will be returning to use it again in the future.

This hotel was a fantastic blend of modern features and old-school touches. It was very easy to walk to tourist sites and the train station. All employees were friendly and I felt very safe there as a solo female traveler.
