"Really nice hotel to stay in for a city break, close to everything and has everything you need. "

"Didn't have the breakfast. Had one evening meal but there was only extremely expensive wines so we didn't return, shame really. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Maid was fantastic, we were in 427 and the room was always pristine when we returned. Shower was lovely and had a shelf in! (why do so many hotels not have a shelf in the shower?!) Hotel location was very good for us. We arrived by train and its a 6 minute walk. We went on two tours (Auschwitz and Salt mine)and the hotel was a default pick up point for them both. Close to Old town, bit further for castle and Jewish quarter."

"It was a lovely beautiful hotel.very comfy beds and Pillows .water could be warmer for the shower ,because it was in the centre of town and I am a tourist in Krakow I found it difficult using tram to get there but the tram or bus stops at the hotel ,if anyone using tram it’s number 5 and bus 125 gets you to the hotel from krakow glowny,can’t really comment on breakfast as did not eat there but had drinks there and the staff and receptionist are very helpful ,they even booked me a taxi very early morning .overall lovely hotel and stay."

"This is a nice modern hotel right across from the train station and a 10 to 15 minute walk to old town. They will also store your luggage for you, which is great."
