We had a wonderful time in Kranjska Gora and in particular in Garni Hotel Miklic. A literal slice of heaven. Sadly we were only passing through on our way to a wedding in Italy, but after the way we were treated at this place, we are currently planning a full vacation here. We were greeted by the kindest gentleman at the front, and every single person was so kind and helpful. We got upgraded to a huge suite with two bedrooms and a whole living room because we were traveling with a baby and...

Such a special place. Unbelievable meal at the restaurant, incredibly warm service, so much thoughtfulness all around.

Gorgeous views, clean facility, hospitable staff, unparalleled spa, very affordable. Would definitely book again.

Excellent hotel in quiet Julian Alps, big and clean room, great spa (excellent massage). Ideal for all king of outdoor activities. Breakfast is good. Person at reception speak excellent English, are welcoming and helpful. Would go back again.

Great hotel in Slovenia. Ski run literally next door. Way more posh than the price suggests. Game room, bar, free parking, minutes from Austrian border and Lake Bled, outstanding breakfast...just a great place to stay.

We stayed a total of four nights while hiking in the Julian Alps. The hotel was very accommodating, at one point allowing us to extend an extra night when the weather was bad. The staff (whose English overall was quite good) also helped us change a reservation at one of the mountain huts. The breakfast buffet is generous, and the free wi-fi was easy to use and had a good connection. We would stay at the Kompas again if in KG.

Our apartment was fully equipped with a kitchenette, utensils, a living room with a couch and even a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views! But the best thing about our stay was the exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. We slept soundly and awoke refreshed each morning.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style. Room had nice view of the mountains.

Skiing and biking hotel. Quiet in off season. Excellent dining place jus few hundred meters Pino Alpino.

The view from this apartment is the most beautiful thing, even if it was cold out. Great spot, roomy, great communication with host. The only cabit is there are a lot of stairs so not recommendes with a lot of luggage or with people who have an issue with stairs. We happened to have both but made it work. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Room does not have laundry facilities. That is a mistake in the listing. Other than that, the property is excellent. The host (Luka) is very welcoming.

The location was great being close to the Vintgar Gorge Trail and having beautiful scenery.

We enjoyed every moment we stayed at the Penzion Berc. The owners and all staff were above and beyond in meeting our needs. The food was very delicious and made our stay very complete and very quaint and perfect. Thank you!!!
