The condition of the room and building is old and long lost maintenance. They even tie up the curtain and look dirty for us to open and cover up the window. Saw cockroach inside the building. Cleanliness need to be improve

Overall, it is a good stay - the location is convenient and room is comfortable. However, I am not exactly happy about 2 things - (2) On the first night at about 9pm, I called the reception for a plate as I brought fruits. Yet, I am told that the cafeteria had closed and they have no plates. (2) Room maintenance is at around 4pm, which is too late.

worst hotel ever

Dirty room, terrible service, staff's are not nice. towel looks like rag. The room is too dark to hide the dirtiness of the room. Rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear the sound of next room's conversation, toilet flushing, baby crying and shower, etc.

The room was terrible with so many things not working (refrigerator, telephone, loose light, unclean etc). The toilet seat was squeezed into a corner where it could not be used comfortably. Doors were hanging loose in the cupboard. It was noisy outside the room (mostly Indian visitors) . Hotel staff were not very helpful. It's cheap & attracts the low end of guests. Should be avoided .

The place was printed this weird matters black color which really was to cover up dirty walls and doors. The bedding was old and the pool is unswimable with broken parts all over the place. The front desk person was pleasant but the whole facility is just super old and the whole 80s design look is just outdated. The black walls everywhere made it hard to see things also when you book a room without a window.

Its a rundown property. Very dated and in need of refurbishment. Walls were super thin and we coukd hear our neighbours discussing where to go shopping. Room was small and dusty when we checked in, towels were stained and smelled weird. Soaps supplied were not usable or sufficient. Lift took half of forever to arrive. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Cleaning staff were helpful when we cane back for the day and room was not cleaned up yet . Overall property is too dated to give higher review, but staff were not bad.

The only great thing was breakfast included and cheap accommodation. By day 2 our aircon was leaking down thd wall. We got upgraded to the honeymoon suite which had a light that wouldnt turn off. I told reception and they said theyll send maintenance up. Maintenance never came. 1 towel per day, which wasnt convenient as my partner and i used gym everyday. Gym and pool area run down, chairs and equipment broken. You have to ask staff to turn on electricity to gym. Sometimes no staff would show up to turn on electricity. Room was not clean. Thing's broken and dirty.

Positives: 1. Pricing was affordable. 2. Good breakfast arrangements. We vegetarians did not have much options, but could manage. But non vegetarians have many options. 3. Clean rooms, corridors, reception. 4. Great location. Near metro stations, near Sangeetha restaurant. These are great plusses. Negatives: 1. Impersonal, laconic, bordering on reluctance. Perhaps language was a barrier. 2. We had an early morning flight and requested for packed breakrfast. Nothing happened. Reception just said nobody told them about that. We just departed. We plan to try another place, if there is a next time. We may choose this again due to the positives.

The staff has never cleaned my room. I can see dust and hair on the floor everyday. They have never spent time cleaning the toilet. Toilet is mouldy. I have never seen the staff change the bed sheet and pillow cases when someone check out. This is the most dirty hotel that I have ever stayed. I am not coming back and wiĺl leave negative feedback on Google review and trip advisor.
