EQ KL is a great 5 star hotel amd is very convenient for shopping and food with many great dining options nearby. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Traffic around the hotel can be quite congested at peak times so if you go somewhere by car factor some extra time in peak hour. Planning to stay there again on our next KL trip.

Wonderful stay, excellent service!

Hotel is beautifully decorated. Everything in the room was well-arranged, immaculately put together, and very clean. The staff was very accommodating and exceptionally polite. Hotel was located near the Petronas Towers and very central to Kuala Lumpur.

High quality and exceptional servicd

This is a well appointed hotel that is centrally located. The rooms were large and comfortable and the gym and swimming pool were exceptional . There were a number of restaurants and the quality of food was excellent. All in all a very positive experience and I would return.

I think the hotel was okay. Honestly I think it is a bit overrated. But stayed in Grand Hyatt before moving in EQ and liked it better. Overall, the experience was fine, the food was average, so was the room. The rooftop bar was amazing though!
