The property manager has been extremely unprofessional. Despite my efforts to reach out to him personally to discuss the inconveniences I experienced during my stay, I have received no response even after checking out. The room provided was dusty, and the lift was broken for two days, which was particularly inconvenient as my room was on the 5th floor. When I checked in, I requested a better room, but the staff informed me that the hotel was fully booked for the weekend.
The air conditioning in the room was loud and noisy, making it impossible to sleep during my 4-night stay. The shower water was cold and inconsistent, with only minimal hot water available.
Despite my daily requests at the counter and leaving the sign on the door, the staff did not clean the room.
Adding on, let me put this down by chronology :
Day 1 : Check in at 9pm , Already reach out to your staff for a new room. Staff said room fully booked throughout the weekend. (This is your evening staff at Front desk)
Day 2 : I inform on a room clean in the morning before I started my visiting in KL for the first time, and contacted Expedia approximately 11pm at night due to the inconveniences that I have during my stay.
Day 3 : I reach out to your property at the front desk at 11AM to inform on the issue that I was having but was turned down and given the excuse on : why Did I not reach out to the staff at the counter about the air cond and cold water shower. Also this falls on a Saturday, manager off
