We loved our stay here. Complimentary parking, easy walk from here to center and easy access to metro. Breakfast was a multitude of cuisines and we had fun every morning mixing and matching items. Rooms were spacious and air conditioned.

Helpful staff, convenient location, close to public transport and shopping mall, clean rooms, well-maintained gym and swimming pool. But the aircon is fixed at very cold all the time, even when its turned off.

Overall the property quality and maintenance is average. Some mold in the shower, room design very simple, water drains very slow from shower and sink. The hotel offers a good value and some of the best Pakistani barbecue restaurants are nearby in a cluster that gets busy. Metro is a 2-3 minutes walk away. I would stay here again, but the hotel should address maintenance and quality issues

Great hotel Sunway Putra.

Convemiently connected to a huge Sunway Putra Mall. The Internet tv was great. The room was spacious and clean. Easy parking. Food options plenty. Supermarket mercato nearby makes it easy. Really value for money. Worth staying. The pool needs upgrading though

Breakfast was excellent. Staffs were respectful, polite and friendly. Out room mini bar was not cleaned, spider webs were in the balcony of the room. Some bad smell from the bathroom.

Sunway Putra Hotel was clean. The staff were courteous and couldn’t do enough to assist their patrons. The room was fresh, clean, bright and airy. The location was perfectly located near the shopping centre for all of your dining needs. There is a roller skating rink and toddlers play area in the shopping centre. We would definitely recommend the Sunway Putra Hotel for couple or family stays. A lovely pool on the 15th floor is available for hotel guests until 7pm.

Breakfast area is a chaotic site after 9am, the staff in the breakfast area are unhelpful and not bothered. The food variety is plenty but freshness, taste and flavour is missing. You go to egg and dosa station to ask for fresh dosa or omelette they point you to the pile that they had already made. The puris and roti are cold and hard to eat, requests for fresh were just ignored. Front desk is always chaotic. The concierge desk is the most helpful and welcoming. difficult to find any management who is looking after the quality of service. Not a 5 star property. Cancelled the next booking and moved to a better hotel in the same area
