The "Ostseewind" facility is located directly on Strandstrasse, Kühlungsborn's shopping mile with its shops and restaurants. The Baltic Sea beach and the pier are about 5 minutes away on foot. The house, renovated in 1993 and converted into an apartment complex in 2004, has various 2- and 3-room apartments. You can expect friendly, well and comfortably equipped apartments to feel good, in the immediate vicinity of the beach and the pier.

Ostseewind - 32-01 with WiFi:
The attractive 52 sqm 2-room apartment can be reached via the staircase entrance 30a on Strandstrasse on the 1st floor. The apartment can accommodate max. up to [nbsp] 3-4 people. The living room is furnished with a dining table for 4 people, a seating area and a separate couch with bed function. The kitchenette has 1 ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. The technical equipment in the living room includes an [nbsp] LCD flat screen TV. In the spacious bathroom there is a tub with a shower. The apartment is for non-smokers. Animals are also not allowed. The underground car park is not far from the apartment, at 38 38 Strandstrasse 2 (max. Height 1.90m) .The balcony to relax has north / east orientation. Please note that in the high season it is necessary to book without gaps or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between bookings. The minimum length of stay over the turn of the year is 4 nights. Both the consumption costs and the parking space in the garage are included in the room price.

Gute Wohnung, aber!

Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben, allerdings verfügt sie nicht über wlan. Die Lage ist gut, relativ nah zum Wasser und mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe. Nachteil ist, dass sie direkt an einer Strasse zu einem beliebten Parkplatz liegt. Wir mussten vor Ort ein Wäschepaket erstehen, das ist uns bei FeWo noch nicht vorgekommen, steht aber wahrscheinlich irgendwo in den Mietbedingungen. Der Parkplatz ist 3 Häuser weiter in einer Tiefgarage, leicht zugänglich und groß.
