"The hotel facilities, food quality, pools, and overall presentation are excellent, and the staff are generally hardworking and polite. However, the hotel appears heavily oriented toward families with young children, and the room sound insulation is insufficient for this type of environment. We experienced ongoing disturbances from children running, screaming, loud conversations, and doors slamming in nearby rooms and corridors.
While the hotel facilities, food quality, pools, and general presentation were excellent, the ongoing noise issues significantly affected our comfort and sleep quality. Unfortunately, the hotel staff's handling of our concerns also left us disappointed, so we are unlikely to return."
