"Extremely friendly staff (even by German standards), nothing was a problem. Very convenient location for the HBF (main station) - it is directly opposite, however this also means that it is rather noisy at night and attracts all kinds of lowlife. "

Par contre, il faisait vraiment chaud dans la chambre, impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre a cause du bruit de la rue, et la clim ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de dormir dans cette chaleur. Il faut demander une chambre sur l'arrière et non pas sur la rue très passante."

"Staff was great and very welcoming. Hotel does feel but tired and outdated but the bed was really comfy. The bathroom had weird almost cigarette smell to it through entire stay. The area around the hotel didn’t feel safe - there was w number of homeless people around."

"Room was clean but you are kept up all night with doors banging and opening. The doors are an auto lock via password and make load opening noises. Also the corridor doors are on strong spring that slam shut so if you want a good night sleep find a different hotel as there’s no getting away from the noises"
