I used the hotel as a hub to visit historic sites. The food at the fish restaurant is amazing. Expect to see bird poop on the veranda rails of the main restaurant. The property is on a hill and if you have bad knees you better be prepared or call reception for the bell boy to take you up or down with the cart. I do not like cold water, so I didn’t swim at all in any of their pools. There is a local bus that stops outside the hotel that goes to Kusiadase. I was very upset that security did not allow my friend to drop me at the reception. The guard didn’t even bother to call reception so I had to walk all the way frim the ebtrance to my villa. The staff at the reception are all smiles but never felt they were genuine. The cleaning ladies, the waiters, the tractor driver, and the gardener are behind the good image of this hotel and the nice memories I have from my stay.

Das Hotel ist eine reinste Katastrophe das Essen ist jeden Tag das gleiche und schmeckt auch nicht, man kann keine liegen nutzen im poolbereich weil alles belegt ist bei so einer menschenmenge und so wenig Platz also nochmal würde ich dort nicht hin gehen wir sind einen Tag vorher ausgecheckt weil es so schrecklich war

Kellner total unfreundlich und bei den leichtesten Bestellungen überfordert. Sie werden den Gästen gegenüber laut und beleidigend. Die Dame hat an der Rezeption falsche Informationen gegeben, wir hätten fast unsere weitere Busfahrt wegen ihr umbuchen müssen. Der Herr (Umut Bey) hat sich um unser Anliegen gekümmert und konnte es in wenigen Minuten lösen. Die Zimmer sind schön, aber unnormal dreckig, Handtücher werden erst beim dritten Mal der Nachfragen aufgefüllt. Frische bezogene Betten sind trotzdem dreckig. Das Essen ist schrecklich, alles schmeckt gleich aber trotzdem nach nichts und es gibt keine Alternative. Diese Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt und dazu auch noch schlecht. Die bekanntesten Cocktails gibt es nicht, wie zum Beispiel Mojitos. Auf Nachfrage wurde der Kellner auch wütend so das ich nichts mehr bestellte. Die Tische von keiner Bar oder auch Restaurant werden regelmäßig abgeräumt, man muss regelrecht an den voll gepackten Tisch von den Vorgängern sitzen. Die Poolgröße ist gut, aber der ist sehr verdreckt und hatte jeden Tag eine andere Farbe aufgrund der Verdreckungen. Im Hotel gibt es zu wenige Liegen, da bräuchte man Nachschub um den Gästen gerecht zu werden. Hunde sind für mich absolut kein Problem, aber bitte dich nicht im Pool und auch nicht im Restaurant. Allgemein war dieser Aufenthalt nicht schön und keinen Cent wert. Wir können dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen und bereuen unseren Aufenthalt sehr.

Otelde yemek çeşitliliği gayet iyiydi. Plaj beklediğimiz gibi değildi deniz kirliydi ve sahil yetersizdi. Bunun dışında asansör ile ilgili sıkıntılar mevcuttu. Tek asansör ile bütün otel müşterisi idare etmek zorunda kalıyor. çoğu zaman dolu geliyor. Fiyat performans oteli gidillir.

Son dakika aldığım Promosyon odam bungolov giriş katıydı. Kendimize ait seçimli balkonu vardı. Odamız Beklediğimden çok büyük ve temizdi. Yemekler ortalama. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi.plaja 10 dakikada bir ring vardı. Sadece düz ayak bi yer olmasını isterdim ama o da coğrafik bir durum😁 Olumsuz olarak havuz bana çok hijhenik gelmedi.

Otelin bungolov suit aile odası yeterli temiz ve konforlu ortamı ağaçlar içinde huzur verici ayrıca bu bölüme yakın çocuk havuzu ve kaydırak vardı ,restoran bölümu yemek sırası var masalar yetersiz bazı yemeklerin yenilenmesi çok yavaş oluyor otel bir yamaç üzerine kurulmuş her alanı değerlendirilmiş lobisi 8. Katta idi restorant ikinci kata ve 1 kat hizasında havuzlar aşağı dogru iniyor bungolov evlerin önünden geçen traktör yardımı ile çekilen güzel römork ile ring yapılıyor lobi , havuzlar ve denize götürülyor değişik ve hoştu personeli kibar ve nazik ve yardımcı oluyor

Çok çok ucuz denk gelirse belki gidilir

Otel bir tepenin üzerinde, sürekli inip çıkıyorsun tatil esnasında. Eğer yürümek istemiyorsan sahile traktör otel içerisinde de asansör var onlarda da sürekli tabiki sıra. Eğer bungalov kısmındaysa odanız mecburen sürekli tırmanış yapacaksınız. Yemekler Labranda zincir oteline göre çok vasat. Personel çok gayretli ve nazik ellerinden geldiğince eksikleri gideriyorlar. Ben Hotelzs.com dan çok ucuza bilet bulabildiğim için çok umursamadım lakin büyük paralar verilip kalınacak bir tesis değil bence. Ayrıca Güvenlik Adem arabayı çektirmek için beni havuzdan çıkarıp oradan 8 kat yukarı ve oradan da dağın başındaki odama anahtar almaya çıkardığını ve aynı yerde sürekli başka arabaların Park ettiğini unutmayacağım. Son olarak biz hayvan dostu otel olduğu için seçtik. O yönden bir problem yok, küçük dostlarınız sıkıntı çekmez.

Havuz kenarları cok bakımsız,personel yetersizliğinden temizlıik acık alanlarda cok mu cok kötü. Restaurant da yemek bitince yerine yenisi gelmiyor yada uzun sürüyor ve soğuk, Alkollü icecekler de Rakı dışında diğerleri vasat. Restaurant dan yemek çıkartmak serbest ama müşteriler uyarılmadığı için ve personel yetmediği için her yer yemek artıkları ile dolu. Yemek seçeneği çok olsada hepsi lezzetsiz.havuz kenarında yiyecek hiçbirşey olmadığı için yaklaşık 200 merdiven ile deniz kenarına inmek zorunda kalıyosunuz.Personel ilgili çözüm odaklı.Engellilere uygun bir otel kesinlikle değil.havuz kenarında kaymayı önleyici yürüyüş halıları bulunmamakda. Hayal kırıklığı

Otel hizmet ve personel olarak iyi ancak, yemekleri şuana kadar yediğim en kötü otel yemeği, otel çok dağınık, havuz,aqua park, plaj ve bungolov odalar birbirlerinden çok uzak, sürekli yürüme gerekiyor. Yamaç otel olduğu için dönüş meşakkatli.. çocukla kesinlikle gidilmez. Genç, sağlık sorunu olmayan bekar çiftler ucuzsa belki tercih edebilir.

Konumu ve manzarası çok güzel, en büyük artısı da bu calışanlar ilgili, bungolovlar arkada uzak kalıyor ama agaclarin içinde olduğu için problem değil. Açık alanda kapalı şişe su vermesi hoşuma gitti ama bunların dışında Malesef yemekler ve içecekler vasat uzun kalacaksanız can sıkar, parasina göre idare eder. Çok güzel bir şarap evi yapılmış ama atıl kalmış şaraplar pahalı yanında nohut veriyorlar başka ikram yok (peynir tabağı olabilirdi) .
