Beautiful new hotel , rooms comfortable. Location is not perfect but a bus down to the port is just outside the hotel . Dinner was a major let down and breakfast was nice bit selection was very small considering that it’s a 5 star hotel ,

Beautiful hotel , rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was nice but not amazing for a 5 star hotel . Lunch and dinner food was very average so that was a let down considering the high prices we paid for them . Bus at the front was convenient to get to the marina . All in all , a good stay .

Upon arrival, the front desk told us that we had to pay an extra $230 because I booked the room for one person. On the third day, when we asked for the breakfast menu and ordered something, they told us that it was extra as well. So whenever you book through Expedia, make sure you understand everything; otherwise, it feels like you have to pay for even the air you breathe.

“The only issue I had was that their fitness center doesn’t open until 10:00 am. If you like to stick to your regular workout routine, you can’t get started before then, which I found a bit unusual. I also wanted to go for a walk, but unfortunately the area wasn’t very walkable. Other than that, everything else was superb.”

Stayed for 6 days at this brand new resort. Nicely decorated and very clean room overlooking the Aegean; air conditioning worked great; housekeeping was spot on, thorough and asked numerous times/days if I needed anything; ate primarily at the restaurant in the lobby which was very good - in fact some of the best Turkish food I had in Kusadasi, bar none. The staff were friendly and eager to please but, sometimes, their lack of experience showed in small things (e.g., charging drinks/meals to your room even when you want to pay at the table). Nothing, I am sure, the staff and management will not fix with time. Hotel is walking distance to the town - about a 35-40 minute walk downhill. Coming back, which is uphill, is better left to a taxi. Overall, a very pleasant, quiet and relaxing experience. I would definitely come back.

El hotel es muy lindo, aunque está un poco retirado de la zona donde se ubica todo lo que hay que ver. Todo estaba impecable, el desayuno espectacular y la atención del personal magnífica, siempre amables y dispuestos a apoyar en lo que se necesite. Solamente tuvimos el detalle de que en la habitación se sentía mucho calor y no se podía ajustar la temperatura, ya que decían que era el sistema general del hotel el que ponía la temperatura en todas las habitaciones y que solamente lo podíamos resolver abriendo la ventana.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The room was well appointed and spacious. The staff in the restaurant were so pleasant, responsive and timely. The food was varied and tasteful. The spa manager was professional and accommodating and we so enjoyed our treatments! The front desk was a mixed bag but for the most part, able to give good service. The valets were great!

Kuşadası şehir merkezindeki boğucu kalabalığa girmeden kolay bir şekilde ulaşımın olduğu denize neredeyse sıfır olan Qlusive otel daha ilk anda konumu itibariyle bizi heyecanlandırdı diyebilirim.Girişteki güvenlik personelleri,vale arkadaşlar ve resepsiyon ekibi çok güler yüzlü,çok kibarlardı hızla size yardımcı oluyorlar ve odanıza geçiyorsunuz.Biz ekstra ücret dahilinde deniz manzaralı oda seçmiştik herkese tavsiye ederim odaya girdiğiniz anda manzara sizi büyülüyor.Odalar oldukça temiz, konforlu minibar alkollü alkolsüz bir çok seçenek mevcut.Yalnızca fiyatlar biraz daha makul olabilirdi diye düşünüyorum.Odalarda diş,tıraş setinden uyku bandına,dikiş setine kadar her türlü ihtiyaç düşülmüş.Otel bünyesinde 3 farklı restorant mevcut hepsi deniz manzaralı lezzetleri şahane personelleri çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü.Otelin havuz spa hamam gibi olanakları da oldukça temiz ve kaliteli.Kuşadasında kafa dinlemek istiyorsanız sessiz sakin kalabalıktan uzak yetişkinlere yönelik çok hoş bir otel diyebilirim.
