Big room with friendly staff

Huge 2 bedroom suite with couch, fridge and TV and good wifi. Although they don't speak much English, the staff are wonderful and treat everyone like family. Breakfast is pretty good and you can use the kitchen to cook. Close to Ladies Beach and supermarkets and about 10-15mins walk over the hill to central.

A typical Turkish hotel, 10-minute walk from Ladies beach (very popular, but probably one of the worst and dirtiest beaches in Turkey). We have got a huge apartment on three floors, in an acceptable shape. Friendly staff, even if nobody speaks other language than Turkish.

Vom Preisleistungsverhältnis aus betrachtet, war es vollkommen in Ordnung. Wer einen Platz zum übernachten und nicht um am Hotel zu bleiben etwas sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Zimmer sind wie Bungalows - einfach für den Zweck. Service und Freundlichkeit war hervorragend und Top, da kann man nicht meckern. Ein tolles Team vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer selber sind nicht wirklich einladend, aber wie schon beschrieben - es erfüllt zu 100% seinen Zweck. Und unsere Tochter (7 Jahre) hat mit Freude den Pool genutzt, welches klein ist und Sie dennoch ihren Spaß hatte für 1-2 Stunden. Wir waren dort, um hauptsächlich die Ortschaft und die umliegenden Strände zu nutzen. Daher waren wir generell sehr zufrieden und einen günstigeren Hotel hätte man nicht gefunden. Und WLAN überall, ob unten am Pool, an der Bar oder in den Zimmern ohne Probleme!

Son derece ilgili ve güleryüzlüler. Kahvaltı hem lezzetli hem yeterli Temizlik hususunda da gayet kontrollüler. Mutfak, klima, televizyon, saç kurutma makinası, havuz çok ciddi kolaylık. Plaj sabahları çok sakin ve güzel Güvercinada da Muhterem Balıkçı Evliya İbrahim Efendiyi de mutlaka ziyaret etmenizi tavsiye ediyorum. Kuşadası'nın bambaşka asil yüzü. Çocuklarımla 11 gün kaldık. Tekrar gitmeyi çok isterim

Güzel konum

Konum olarak çok güzel, Kuşadası merkeze'de Kadınlar plajınada çok yakın mesafede, çevresinde market imkanıda var, kahvaltısı yeterli. ekonomik odaları küçük ama balkon olması artı puan. Banyoları kötü, duşakabin yok, duş alırken her yer su içinde kalıyor. biraz tadilata ihtiyacı var.

Otele öğleden önce 11 gibi gelerek otele geç geleceğimizi bildirdik (2 oda rezervasyonumuz vardı). Sonra akşam otele geldiğimizde odalarımızı başkasına verdiklerini söylediler. Sadece tek oda olduğunu, başımızın çaresine bakmamızı söylediler. Uzun süre tartışmadan sonra otelde kalan başka kişilerin yardımıyla sorunu çözdüler. Ancak otelde kalan bir kişi odasını vermeseydi açıkta kalacaktık. Odada boşta tek priz var. Banyoda yer kirli, duşakabin yok (hotels.com’daki fotoğrafta duşakabin var görünüyor), şampuan kutusu boş. Tek kişilik pike var Banyo camı şeffaf, odadan içerisi görünüyor. Işık kaynağı çok az, sadece banyoda bir, tepede bir avize var. Diğer tüm lambalar bozuk, başucunda ya da farklı bir yerde ışık yok. Kahvaltı hazırlıkları çok geç, 8:30 dan önce kahvaltı yok. Kahvaltıda verilen bal tek kullanımlık bal kutularında veriliyor ancak tekrar tekrar kullanılıyor. Kimisinde az kimisinde çok var. Hijyenik değil.

Die Unterkunft ist preislich nicht zu schlagen. Der Pool ist aber ziemlich klein und für max. 3 Personen erlaubt. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, direkt neben einem Supermarkt. Zum Meer braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 5min, aber dafür ist es die beste Küste die es da gibt.

My room was very small and run down. I think there are 2 buildings to the hotel and mine was the older of the 2. Very low ceilings in an attic like room. The pool was not at all inviting and overall I think the hotel was way overpriced for what it was - I wouldn’t stay again

I felt a warm welcome and right at home immediatly. Friendly. Cheerfull staff who couldnt do enough to make your stay memorable. We felt like family after a couple of days. Planning to return in September. Cant wait.

İki gece boyunca Kuşadası'nı gezerken yalnızca uyumaya gideceğimiz bir yer olarak düşündüğümüz otel, beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Hatta son gece odamızın balkonunda sohbet ederken bulduk kendimizi. Kısa süreli tatillerinizde uygun fiyatı ve konumu sebebiyle rahatlıkla tercih edebileceğiniz bir otel. Excellent budget family friendly hotel

Great little family run hotel near Ladies Beach. Our family stayed in a 3 storey 3 bedroom unit with kitchen. We had booked for 3 nights but stayed for 8. Grocery store next door so very easy to prepare meals on a budget. Run by great people who are super friendly, helpful, and generous even though the language barrier prevented us from communicating well. Other guests were more than willing to help out with communication. Great Turkish breakfast buffet served every morning, they even cooked us special treats. Laundry facilities available on site. Short walk to Ladies beach. Groceries next door. Minibus/dolmas pass by the hotel every 5 minutes so easy to get around. Ideal location. We stayed in winter so the town is kind of abandoned but the hotel looks like it would be a great summer stay with AC in all units and swimming pool. Lots of parking. We would definitely stay again. Excellent budget option.
