Whole hotel looks like it was good 20 years ago and someone just forgot to do anything with it since. We booked a non smoking room but when we entered the room the smoke was so heavy I could taste it and there were burn marks all over the carpet. We asked to be moved and got a new room which smellt like a mixture of smoke and peppermint airfreshener to hide it. At least in this room it was still manageable. Stains in the carpet but bedlinnen and bathroom were clean. Personell was friendly and the view from the room could have been beautiful if the windows would ever be cleaned. Wouldnt recommend unless you are a smoker with low standards.

Extremadamentw sucio Nos hemos quedado porqué no havia otro sitio libre Realmente asqueroso, con perdón de la palabra. En la vida un hotel tan descuidado No entendemos cómo han proporcionado las fotos en la web y entendemos que las valoraciones NO son reales Arañas, telarañas, excrementos de pájaros por toda la ventana ( de hace micho tiemço) cortina del baño con mucho moho... de verdad, me sabe muy mal porqué viajamos mucho y NUNCA hemos tenido tan mala estadía Siento que esta sea mi primera experiencia co ustedes.

古さを気にしなければ大変良いお宿でした。ロケーションは抜群、水回りが大変綺麗に掃除されています。 使われていない場所に蜘蛛の巣がありましたが、私は全く気になりませんでした。 食事は周りには食べる場所がないので、あらかじめ準備されることをおすすめします。

一人旅では十分すぎる

大晦日の夕方に予約。 料金もリーズナブル。 一人だったのでこだわりも無く十分なお部屋。 大浴場でゆっくり大きなお風呂に入れたのは良かった。 オシャレなホテルではないが一人旅で寛ぐには本当に十分なお宿と。 また利用したいと思えました。

サービスの向上に向けてのアドバイス

室内は畳が焼けた状態でしたが、掃除は行き届いていました。しかしながら、敷布団はとても使い込んだ様子で弾力にかけておりました。そのカバーはせいけつな考慮がありましたので使用には不快感はありませんでした。 このように　室内の備品等は大変時間が経過した物でした。そろそろ交換したほうが良好なサービスにつながるでしょう。

一人旅にはとても良い宿だと思いました。 ロケーションも非常に良いです。 周りにはなにもありませんので便利さはありませんが、そういう旅を求めている人にはぴったりです。 ホテル内の設備などについても、この価格で高級ホテル並の綺麗さやサービスを求める人もいないと思いますが、もし求めるのであればこのホテルの価格の4-5倍の宿泊費を出して別のホテルに泊まりましょう。

部屋のカーテンの端の金具が壊れて垂れ下がったままだったことや、部屋や廊下のクモの巣が放置されており、お世辞にもきれいな施設とは言えない。 せめて、部屋の鍵が二個だったら、夫婦で宿泊しても、自由に行動できたが、それもできなかったです。 まぁ、国民宿舎なので、仕方ないと思います😉
