Walkable to convenience stores and Discovery Mall. 30 mins walk to Beachwalk Mall and Grab ride of 15 mins to Mal Bali Galleria. Loved the ambience of a private pool and friendly, accomodating staff. There was also a cafe and a massage place just outside its entrance. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Staff was extremely kind and generous, room service menu was delicious especially the drinks. Bed was really comfortable, area was extremely convenient for a lot of shopping and dining. Easy walk to Kuta beach, overall great stay! Would recommend if staying in Kuta!

Stayed 23 days in a villa with a private pool. Absolutely amazing. All the staff are so lovely and helpful which made my holiday. Room clean, bed comfortable, toiletries cotton buds, mosquito spray, decent size toothpaste and brushes. Water supplied daily. Would definitely come back. Pool area for everyone is beautiful, breakfast was nice and in a great location

I had a wonderful stay at 18 Suite Villa Loft by AMITHYA. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The location is fantastic, with plenty of walkable attractions around, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

Tons of space for a family.

The accommodation was large and spacious 3 story townhouse. Much bigger and better for a family than a cramped hotel room. The accommodation is a luxury hotel that is showing wear and tear. The breakfast was also substandard to all the other places we stayed in Bali. But other than those two issues, a solid and spacious stay for a family.

The staff here are very helpful, smiling and caring, we came there for a wedding recently, grace picked us up from the airport, she was so friendly, we dressed in balinese attire, but we were sure it was correct, we stepped outside our room where staff saw us and helped dress my son, the next day the same staff member offered my son a traditional head wear xx such a beautiful gesture, we will be back

Absolutely loved staying here on our last night in Bali. We had a suite/ villa with our own pool. The room and amenities provided were amazing we literally had everything we needed. They staff were very friendly and helpful with anything needed. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was extremely nice and welcoming as well. 10/10 must stay here. My stay at 18 Suite loft by Amithya commenced impressively, with an initial accommodation in a one-bedroom villa featuring a private pool. The hotel's location is advantageous, being in close proximity to the airport. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and facilitated birthday decorations upon arrival, which proved to be a lovely gesture. However, I reported an incident to the front desk involving the presence of a rat in my room. Consequently, I was relocated to a different room in the middle of the night. The front desk offered complimentary airport transportation as a gesture of goodwill due to the inconvenience and rodent issue. Despite this, I opted to pay for driver services to transport me to the airport and settled all outstanding balances upon checkout. The front desk subsequently informed me that they were unable to locate the rat. I strongly advise exercising caution when booking, as the property appears to have a rodent infestation.

I loved my room! It was an awesome experience having a private pool and the loft style with 2 floors! Loved it! I slept well in the bed and loved the tub and shower. It was a little noisy but if I was in my room with the air on it was fine! I had my ear plugs when I was downstairs in the pool or lying around in the living room. I totally enjoyed the staff and great customer service! I will be back!

Everything was very good, especially the food! I have only one complaint: the sign to request room cleaning was made of wood. We placed it on the door, and before we closed the door, the sign fell and broke because it was made of wood. They made us pay for the sign, which I didn't think was fair!

On the surface, the property is gorgeous. A private pool, stunning tiles, cute kitchenette, massive bathtub. The staff were lovely but the condition of the hotel when you look deeper is unacceptable. - The ceilings were covered in mould, the worst being in the shower. - Want to sleep in on your vacation? Nope, they started playing music at 8am one morning and other mornings they had maintenance workers working on the roof and wall of my room. - After the cleaners mopped the bathroom floor on the first night, there were about 9 little pink warms squirming around on the floor. I’m concerned they were parasites. - We had the aircon on at 18 degrees the entire 5 nights that we stayed there and not once did the temperature in the room get below 24 degrees. - I had to ask the reception 3 times for toilet paper as the housekeepers didn’t replace it the entire stay. - No hand towels or face cloths were present. - The roof in the bathroom leaked when it rained resulting in a puddle on the floor the majority of our stay.
