Room could have been a lot cleaner, random hairs all over combined with crumbs in the bed. The dryer was very mediocre on property, with no notification that the on property restaurant would be closed during the majority of my stay. However, for the price, I was not expecting much so it nearly still met my expectations - yet I somehow still feel disappointed.

The location is very convenient and the shuttle is very nice! It would be nicer if the shuttle came a little more often and ran a little later but it was nice to have the option. Everyone who worked at the hotel was extremely friendly and spoke great English, Mudge was exceptionally helpful. The beds were pretty uncomfortable (very firm) but the staff was willing to bring up additional pillows and duvets as I was a little chilly and that held immensely!! The room also had a heater that was quite toasty and comfortable. There is a place to do laundry but the dryer setting did not work very well so we air dried everything in the room. Everything was very clean and the ski/snowboard storage area was very nice as well. The restaurant (Elements) was affordable and delicious as well!

This hotel was amazing for our first time in Niseko. The room was perfect, we enjoyed the free breakfast and bar daily, and loved the shuttle system to and from the mountain. I would absolutely stay here again!

7月に宿泊しました。とても清潔感のあるホテルです。無駄なものがない。宿泊費は2人で8千円でした。ニセコでこの値段は破格です。 エアコンがないので、ニセコは涼しいところですが、窓が開けられず（網戸がなく虫が入ってくるため）締め切っていると暑く感じました。扇風機は一応ありますが。暖房はしっかりありそうです。値段でのことを考えるととても良かったです
