"I always look for a good location first and this hotel is very near to train station, Kyoto station (major train). It's just opposite the train station. Room is spacious for 3pax, clean and tidy. Bed size are comfortable,just right. Staffs are friendly and very patient."

"Beautiful property. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was extremely gracious and helpful and most spoke okay English. Food was atrociously expensive (we ordered half a sandwich and fries (about 15), and a cup of coffee (no refills) and it came to about $40 USD. Breakfast buffet was 5,000 yen. A cup of coffee was 1,500 yen, or about 7 USD."
