チェックイン手続きをしてくれたスタッフが無愛想で感じが悪かったが、朝版の皆さんは親切でした。部屋は綺麗で朝食も満足です。大浴場も概ね良かったが、髪の毛やゴミ箱の管理があまりできていない印象でした。 ただ、全般的に一泊程度であれば、駅からも近いし綺麗だし、良いと思います。

価格の割にサービスが雑といった感じがある。 質が悪いから館内設備を扱うお客も質が悪くなる。好評だったので早くから予約したが残念な気持ちが残ってしまった。京都を満喫したかった気持ちが半減してしまった。 コスト以上の満足感を与えるのは従業員の細やかな気遣いです。お客様から言われなくてもお客様のこと、館内設備のことを把握しなければお客様の気持ちは離れて、全ての質は悪くなります。お客様も質の悪いお客様が多くなるでしょう。 もっともっと気遣いができるスタッフが多くなることを期待します。 所在しているのは京都であること、日本の代表だと言うことを忘れてはなりません。 歴史ある日本の地の価値を下げないよう努力してください。

The breakfast manager or staff was petty in many respects. Ten minutes before the breakfast area was ready i was not permitted to grab a cup of coffee, even though i had purchased the breakfast with my stay. I asked to take a sugar and they refused me a sugar. Very petty, controlling. The rugs in the hallway of my floor were very dirty. The machines in the laundry room were mostly unkept and rickety.

Canadian here. Amazing experience at this hotel. Free coffee and tea after 10am. Free alcoholic/non—alcoholic beverage every day after 6pm. The public bath is gender separated and consists of a hot pool, cold pool, and dry saunas - all kept very cleanly and felt amazing, went twice per day (must follow Japanese customs of being nude but it was very nice). Amazing experience. Thank you very much!

朝ごはんが美味しかったです。 大浴場は、小ぢんまりとして利用者が多いとゆっくり入れません。大浴場のシャワーも少なく更に更衣室も狭くて何かと不便でした。2日目からは利用しませんでした。 ウェルカムドリンクがあり、一階のカフェテリアでお茶やコーヒーがいただけますが、お部屋にお水はありません。各階に製氷機などもなかったです。 全体的に施設が古い感じをうけました。

ウェルカムドリンクにお酒が飲めたのは嬉しかった 朝食ビュッフェも創作惣菜パンが絶品で 洋食中心が好きな人には最高かと思います。どれもとても美味しかった。 マッサージチェアも無料で使えて良かった 大浴場も広くて良かった 部屋も比較的広くてくつろぎやすい また、部屋は土足はダメで室内スリッパと外スリッパがあり、とても好感が持てた 唯一、朝食の際、席が指定で、喫煙コーナーが近くて、ドアが開いていたりすると煙臭くて臭かった。
