House with private pool for rent in L’escala, only a few meters away from the beach.Villa La Marinada is the perfect accomodation to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing holiday close to the beach. It is a 8 persons house which will perfectly accomodate a big family or a group of friends.The outside of the house stands for its large green garden with trees and private poolwhere to relax yourself on a sunbed with your favorite book while the children bath and play in the pool. You will also appreciate the barbecue area, perfect to prepare delicious grillings to eaton the porch, close to the swimming-pool. The garden is fencedfor the safety of your familyand will enable you to spend the summer with your four-legged friends. The house is confortable and offers services such as:Wifi, Airco, Smart TV, private garage and extra parking-place on the property.Built on two levels, Villa La Marinada has:-on the upper floor: 1 fully equipped independant kitchen, bright living-room with access to a furnished terrace where to take your outdoor meals. From this terrace a little stair will lead you to a solárium.On the same level, the house has also a double en-suite bedroom with wardrobe, toilets and shower.-on the ground floor: 3 large bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with two single beds) and a complete bathroom.As it is situated less than 100m from the beach, the accomodation is the perfect place to forget about your car and enjoy some relaxing and funny holidays. Enjoy the catalán gastronomyin the restaurants nearbyor eat an ice cream strolling along the sea-coast. You may also like to walk around the Sunday Market on the sea promenade, a five minutes walk from the villa. NB:Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

L‘Escala La Marinada

ein sehr schönes Haus trotz der Ameisenplage war es für uns optimal. Wir waren sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder jeder hatte seinen Platz. Lage optimal gelegen zum Einkaufen und zum Strand. Drei Fahrzeuge hatten platz zum parken (hintereinander). Negativ war die Dusche im oberen Badezimmer (der Duschvorhang gehört gegen eine Kabine ausgetauscht)ständig stand das Badezimmer unter Wasser was dazu führte, dass es im unteren Zimmer von der Decke tropfte. Natürlich hat das Haus auch seine wehwehchen aber diese beeinflussten unseren Urlaub nicht. Gerne buchen wir das Haus erneut. Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur sind sehr nett und helfen einem wenn ein Problem besteht

Maison bien située

Belle maison située proche du centre ville avec 4 belles chambres et un bel extérieur. Piscine bien entretenu comme le jardin. Il manquait un peu de vaisselles (verre à pied) mais rien de bloquant. Belle terrasse pour dejeuner au soleil. A faire entre amis et ou en famille

Sehr schön aber könnte sauberer sein

An sich schönes Haus, der Umgang mit der Agentur die das Objekt betreut lief einwandfrei. Allerdings war das Objekt nicht besonders sauber, Die Duschwand war völlig verdreckt. Im oberen Bad der Duschvorhang schimmelig. Lage super . Pool top.

Emplacement avec tout à pieds,courses et plage

Emplacement parfait pour tout faire à pieds,rue assez passante la nuit avec sortie de boîte de nuit très proche. Accès des voitures dans la villa très compliqué pour des voitures basses. Il manque vraiment la climatisation dans la villa et un nombre de chaises et transats pour 8 personnes pour une villa qui peut recevoir 8 personnes. Sinon rien adiré sur l'Escala et l'emplacement, à refaire.

A nice spot

The villa was a perfect size and location for our group. We enjoyed walking all around L’Escala and cycling to many of the nearby small towns. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool and we ate dinner on the upper patio. There were some issues with the place and because the rental agency has a policy that requires the renter to be present when the repair people come to fix anything they’ve complained about, we didn’t mention anything until the end of our stay, in hopes they’re addressed for the next people. But the upstairs shower was unusable because the drain was plugged and both showers had the tendency to leak water all over the bathroom floors. The main issue (and maybe this is a problem throughout L’Escala, or just in the spring - I don’t know) was that there was a constant and powerful smell of sewage coming from both bathroom drains and filling the house. It was quite unpleasant but we basically got used to it and it didn’t ruin our stay. These issues aside, we had a great time in L’Escala!

Séjour détente agréable

Maison bien située à 200m de la plage. Commerces à proximité (cafés, poissonnerie, boulangerie, épicerie…). Super séjour en famille avec belle piscine et petit chien (100% safe car la propriété est bien fermée). Un petit rafraîchissement de la maison par endroit serait à prévoir et un peu bruyant car passage de l’avenue juste à côté. Ceci-dit, l’endroit est vraiment idéal et permet de tout faire à pieds. Petits espaces verts et ombragés. Manque un peu d’accessoires de cuisine et de ventilation. À refaire sans hésiter, belles vacances assurées!
