"The hotel was full, so parkibg was hard to find. There was trash everywhere - food trash in the halls, by the elevators, etc. The hallways smelled like marijuana and we had issues with the hot water in our room - and the front desk response was that they would send maintenance in half an hour or more. Overall, not at all what I am used to for this hotel chain. "

"The housekeeping for this hotel is horrible. I was checked into a room that had blood stained sheets and spots all over bathroom floor. My room was changed and the second room also had some type of visible stains on comforter. What a nightmare! Please beware when staying at this hotel. "

The front of the fridge and the dishwasher were nasty and streaked and there were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The front desk said there were no more rooms to move us to. Besides our room, the rest of the property seemed in good shape and clean. When you walk into the lobby, it smells great and looks inviting. "
