The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, one induction hot plate, three gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower on the main floor. On the upper floor, you will find one room with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long, and another room with a double bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. The property boasts a large terrace spanning 40 square meters.
