We make ourselves available to guests via airbnb chat or phone for emergencies.

A waiver must be signed by all guests prior to check-in due to the fact that we have a pool.

For guests who would like to heat the pool, this is an option at an additional fee of $250 dollars per day. This is a pass through expense as the gas costs in our region are exceedingly high. It takes a full day to heat the pool at times so let us know in advance. It is complementary to heat the jacuzzi.

We hope this ensures each guest can select the option that best works for their visit and budget!
1. No Parties
2. Events need prior approval.
3. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may not book for another person.
4. Only 4 cars allowed to park in the driveway. Please do not park on the street.
5. No jumping off high surfaces into the pool.
6. Pool hours are from 7am-10pm.
7. Do not use the premise for illegal activity.
8. No Smoking.
9. No Pets. If a pet a brought there will be a $250 additional fee charged to sanitize for guests with allergies and the reservation may be cancelled without refund.
10. All guests must sign pool waiver.
11. Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb.
12. Turn lights off and AC/Heat when away.
13. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am. No congregating outside during this time.
14. No glass allowed by the pool area.
15. No food or drink allowed in the pool.
16. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed unless prior approval is given. Additional guests without approval may result in a fee of $20 per person OR a cancelled reservation without refund.
