"Checked in around 4:00, closer to 5:00 p.m. When I was given the room key, the room was still in the process of being cleaned. Having previously worked front desk, I wouldn’t typically assign a room unless housekeeping had confirmed it was ready. Thankfully, I didn’t have anything urgent to attend to, or this would have been more frustrating. The housekeeper mentioned it would be finished in about 10 minutes. Once completed, the room had a very strong cleaning product smell—understandable to an extent, but it was quite overpowering. Additionally, there were still areas of the floor that appeared unswept or slightly sticky. The combination of the heavy chemical odor and the condition of the floors made the overall stay less than ideal. Clear communication between front desk and housekeeping, along with a final room check before assigning keys, would greatly improve the guest experience."

"I’ve stayed here several times, and it’s my preferred place in the area. The staff is friendly and very welcoming—Nina, especially, is always smiling and makes you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and spacious. They also have a fridge and microwave, which makes longer stays much more convenient. I also feel safe every time I stay here, which is a big plus. Anytime there’s been a small issue or question, the staff has been quick and willing to help. Overall, it’s a comfortable, reliable spot that I keep coming back to, and I definitely recommend it to others looking for a pleasant stay."

"Super noisy and the room was dirty. We found two large dead roaches in the bathroom and I woke up with bite marks in my legs. The wifi was terrible! We couldn't watch TV at all and the AC was super noisy. Never again will I stay at this facility. The night staff was also non existent and not helpful when they were actually around."
