"The pool was full of algae. It wasn’t clean at all. Didn’t even go into the hot tub. Our room was nice, but we had broken shutters on the front door. The bathroom toilet didn’t flush just about every time we used it. Had to walk to the front desk the first two times because the phone didn’t work. Then the toilet didn’t flush again in the morning. We stayed one night and had to call down every few hours for someone to come and fix the toilet. No complementary breakfast and yet we paid almost $150 for one night. Such a rip off. They didn’t even offer a discount for the fact that our toilet didn’t work, nor did the phone."
