"Desde nuestra llegada recibimos un trato muy amable y atento por parte de todo el personal. El hotel es muy bonito, limpio, cómodo y tiene una ubicación inmejorable para conocer el Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de México. Viajamos en familia con nuestra pequeña y nos sentimos muy cómodos y seguros durante nuestra estancia. La atención, la limpieza y el servicio hicieron que nuestra visita fuera todavía más especial. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo completamente para quienes quieran disfrutar de la Ciudad de México, especialmente por su cercanía a tantos lugares hermosos. Además cuenta con parqueo para los que lleven carros rentados y tiene desayuno por un costo extra en la reservación y un restaurante para cenar si no quieres salir de él. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo del Hotel Catedral por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia tan bonita 🇲🇽❤️"

"Everything thing was very good the service breakfast room clean bathroom and restroom very clean. "It is a really nice hotel. The staff was great. My only issue is that we had 4 rooms in the newly “renovated” section, and none of our rooms had hot water. The showers had lukewarm warm water. The location is excellent, at the restaurant, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had. Everything was amazing, except for the showers, and on a personal note, the water from the shower head came down from the ceiling, not the wall… and I found it uncomfortable."

"It's a bare bones hotel, but worth the price. Very clean. Friendly staff. Right in the middle of everything to do. Tons of shopping and eating. I would stay again."
