Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Ashtrays provided for smokers on outside decks. 420-friendly private property but smoke outdoors.
Home is not childproof, no charge if kid doesn't need bed. Bring proper bedding or undergarments for them.  There's a pond onsite. Don't throw rocks.
