"Staff is awesome!!! They are very nice and helpful. Hotel is close to everything and safe. Room is very clean and they provided toiletries which is great! The only thing I hope that will be better is the pressure of the water in the shower. Aside from that, everything is great and wonderful. Definitely staying here again if we’re going back to Lyon. "This is my favorite hotel in Lyon. I have stayed there half a dozen times. Can't beat the location on the river and easy access to dining. Also, as a dog owner, I love that there is a dog park half a block away and a large green space at the end of the same block.
The staff is always helpful and friendly.
No need to look further, this is THE place to stay in Lyon. "

I loved the location of the Hotel. It is within 5 minutes of a weekend Farmers Market. There were lots of shops, restaurants and French Grocery stores near by. Walking is easy with several pedestrian bridges available for crossing the river. I will happily return in the future.."
