"A charming hotel with a great vibe. All of the staff from the front desk to the cleaners were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. There is nice communal space to relax and lots of information on local attractions. Our room was a little basic but clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a kettle in the room with tea/coffee bags available for free at reception, where you could also find a daily detox fruit drink...very welcome after a heavy night. The real gem though is the attached jazz...

The only thing I hope that will be better is the pressure of the water in the shower. Aside from that, everything is great and wonderful. Definitely staying here again if we’re going back to Lyon. "Our stay was great! It’s not a fancy hotel but it was small and cozy which is all we needed. Beds were comfortable! Staff was helpful with recommendations :) Maybe it could be a bit cleaner, some spots a little dusty. Location was great, we could walk to many of the things we wanted to see and right by the metro for easy transportation. I highly recommend going to the cafe a few doors down café comptoir lyonnais!"

Rooms were modern and clean, the folks at reception always greet you with a smile, the location is perfect for walking to Old Lyon and also accessible to many cuisines and shopping. Only thing to take note is the lift stops at half floors so you would have to take a flight of steps to your room. Highly recommended and would stay here again if we come back to this beautiful city!"

"This is my favorite hotel in Lyon. I have stayed there half a dozen times. Can't beat the location on the river and easy access to dining. Also, as a dog owner, I love that there is a dog park half a block away and a large green space at the end of the same block.
The staff is always helpful and friendly.

"Booked online 5mins before arriving, the hotel sent me directions to the hotels car park immediately. The carpark area for the hotel is very secure.
Booking in was swift, drinks on the terrace was lovely overlooking the river. Clean room, large shower comfy bed.
Overall a good, convenient stop off for us, now heading to the South.
