A vibrant pink gated entrance and front door welcomes and instantly puts you at ease before even stepping into the open and cheerful yet relaxing layout.

Entertain, unwind, cook, and celebrate, all under the home’s vaulted ceilings and open spaces. The living room with a new over-sized cozy couch, 65-inch smart TV and gas fireplace makes a perfect spot to catch up with friends while playing fun board games. From the stylish kitchen, you can overlook the elegant dining area while preparing meals - all made easy thanks to the suite of stainless-steel appliances, a deluxe housewares package, and center prep island.

La Casa Rosa comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 queen size air mattresses for additional sleeping options. All bedrooms offer extra linens and pillows, blankets, hangers, luggage racks, side lamps, phone chargers, drawers, and two sets of shades.

Everything looks and feels immaculate in the 2 beautifully styled bathrooms and towels, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, paper products, and a hairdryer are thoughtfully provided.

Outdoor living is sublime with a swimming pool and spa all to yourself surrounded by a privacy wall that makes you feel like you are in your own exclusive compound - because you are! An adjacent pool room offers a mini fridge, bar, light workout equipment, pool float storage, and a 55-inch smart TV so you can enjoy your fav shows or the big game while poolside.

For convenience, there’s a two-car garage with a Tesla charger, and new stainless steel laundry appliances with complimentary soap pods.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to all indoor and outdoor spaces, including the garage, at La Casa Rosa. The only exceptions are the private cupboards used by housekeeping.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*The extra guest fee is $75 per guest per night. This fee is automatically included in your nightly rate when the guest count is listed as being higher than 6.

*There are no additional fees for parking, storage, amenities, pool or spa heating, Wi-Fi, BBQ, etc.

*The pool can be heated upon request temotey by thr owners. The maximum we can set it to is 80 degrees and it can tkae a few hours to reach the set temp (depending on starting temp & oitside temp).

*We have the pool serviced twice a week, however the desert can have jigh winds that turn a perfectly clean pool
