Eugene was extremely welcoming and offered us a welcoming drink and chocolate whilst taking our details. All the staff were polite, friendly and offered the best service. Breakfast was outstanding, plenty of choice, an eggs menu, fresh juices, jams and fizz were on offer. Our room was extremely comfortable, quiet and a great place to come back to after a day exploring Seville. "We chose this hotel mainly because it’s located close to the Naturanda Tourism Office—about a 13-minute walk—making it very convenient if you book excursions. It’s also close to restaurants, shops, and everything else you might need. The staff, including the breakfast team, were extremely welcoming and happy to answer any questions. The rooms were clean, a good size, and equipped with blackout curtains that genuinely block out the light. I would recommend booking the breakfast buffet; there’s a great variety of options, and the coffee is excellent. My only small suggestion would be to include tea and coffee facilities in the room, as it would have been nice to make a hot drink after a long excursion. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to this wonderful city. "
