Séjour très appréciable pour 1 nuit. Cependant la piscine manque de transat, seulement 10. Et la salle de bain montre de la fatigue au niveau des joints qui sont noir. Le reste de l'hébergement est très bien, spacieux, confortable et bien équipé.

Bonjour, je suis arrivé à 23h, je rentre dans un Appart hôtel ou lit est censé être fait c’est à moi de mettre tes draps. Je ne pense pas que c’était marqué sur la réservation et il y avait un petit coin salon avec table des chaises, les chaises carrément sur la table inacceptable pour cet Hotel aussi bien noté donc très déçu en plus pas de produit pour se laver le corps.

Très bel endroit, appart hôtel avec prestations de qualité, juste à côté des cités thermales de la roche posay. En revanche la ville est presque vide, on dirait une ville fantôme. Apparement elle fait fasse à une crise économique. Pour les amoureux du calme c’est l’idéal.

Établissement lamentable et désastreux !!!

Bonjour, J'ai réceptionné les clés avec ma famille et je suis tout de suite reparti voir la réceptionniste pour lui remettre les clés vu l'etat des 2 chambres qui m'ont été attribués. J'ai l'impression que les chambres étaient inhabités depuis plusieurs mois, j'ai trouvé des traces d'extrement sur les draps, les rideaux ainsi que toute sorte d'insectes (voir photos). J'ai tout de suite pris contact avec le service clientèle hotels.com pour demander le remboursement de mon séjours. J'essaie de joindre le service client depuis maintenant 3 jours mais impossible de les joindre. Cet établissement est lamentable et désastreux !!!

Studio peu confortable avec uniquement chaises et pas de banquette/canapé pour lire ou regarder la télé le soir, surtout pour un long séjour comme le notre (20 nuits), néanmoins accueil chaleureux de la responsable de l’établissement.

ville très agréable, on reviendra! Hôtel :Très bonne accueil , appart très agréable pour 4personnes ,bcq de rangement . Le négatif : Pas d'état des lieux, hygiène bof surtout avec le contexte sanitaire actuelle(COVID).Extérieur de tout les armoires sales (trace de doigts gras et collants) ,Protège matelas, couettes non changés (on doit dormir ds des trucs que d'autres personnes se sont servi ), la housse canapé avec tâches de chocolat ,toiles d'araignées + tâches au plafond,Bestioles dans le réfrigérateur, grosse tâche noire sur le sol de l'entrée qui se laver très bien en un seul coup , Porte d'entrée qui s'ouvre sur 1/4 de l'ouverture donc dur dur pour passer les grosses valises .Il a fallut faire un peu de ménage en arrivant pour se sentir bien pour la semaine et refaire le ménage à la fin en respect des prochains arrivant (Retrouvé pleins de pâtes cuites secs et saucisse dessous du frigo) .

Perfect! A 2 minutes à pied des Thermes

Trois semaines perfectes, rien à dire, seulement du positive. Le appartement propre et tranquil, la piscine fantastique et le personnel toujours souriante, sympa et à l’écoute. J’espère retourner l’année prochain 😊 Idéale pour la Cure Thermale, à 2 minutes à pied

Hôtel bien situé à quelques pas du centre ville. Appartement assez spacieux. Moquette au sol pas adapté aux allergiques et tachée. Coin cuisine aménagé avec ce qu'il faut mais pas plus. Sinon confortable. Piscine extérieure sympa mais pas testée.

Sejour familial. Bien placé et tranquille. Accueil tres sympathique. Etablissement un peu vieux mais reste correct. Par contre drap perces. Couverture tachee. Top pour curistes

Rapport qualité prix largement correct. Meubles lambdas de 1er prix mais les matelas une horreur pour le dos. Sinon c’est simple comme a la maison: on nettoie on range on y vie. Parking sous sol fermé avec beaucoup de place mais un peu étroit. Valerie a la reception tres souriante. Wifi payant mais capte bien sans pblemes
