No aircon, no fridge not much anyway.. massive hole in wardrobe and toilet sealing like it was about to collapse. But we didn’t stay at all inside just for a night sleep so for us cost was the most important bit"

"Internet is not super fast, especially during evenings when I guess no one is using it. Staff is really based in the other Ibis hotel just beside this one. Room was clean but old as the wood paneling on the floor only room was peeling off at parts and the paint is wearing thin on others. The big disadvantage is the location as there are no nearby (walkable) shops or grocery stores although there is a bus that goes to the Alicante city center (Google either gets the schedule wrong or the buses are always late)."

"We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is in a great location. 10 min walk to the beach, and 2 min walk to Pola Park-which is ideal for young children/families. Staff are friendly and helpful. Early check in was much appreciated:) "
