The villa features three bedrooms, including a forest-view master suite on the first floor with its own bathroom complete with shower and corner bathtub, dressing room, and separate toilet. On the garden level, two bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed and the other with a 140cm bed) share a bathroom with bathtub.

The open-plan living/dining area seamlessly opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, offering direct views of the wooden terrace with a dining area: perfect for apéritifs, electric grilling, and lounging on multiple deck chairs.

Additionally, a separate chalet provides a comfortable reading space with terrace views. An extra bed is available.

Parking for 3 vehicles is easily accessible on the property. All necessary baby equipment can be provided upon request.

DEPOSIT

A €1500 bank authorization will be required as part of the rental. Managed through the secure online service Swikly, it must be completed before arrival. This amount is neither blocked nor withdrawn and does not impact your credit card limits. Within 7 days of departure, and subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically canceled.

PETS

Pets are allowed in the house, subject to prior request. A fee of €50 per pet per week will be charged.

GUEST INTERACTION

Solène, a native of the region, will be there to welcome you, hand over the keys, and remain available during your stay to provide advice or fulfill your specific requests (bike or boat rentals, outing or activity ideas, recommendations for restaurants, etc.).
