This new 56 m² apartment on the 1st floor offers stunning ocean views and sleeps 4/6. It has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.
It features a 23 m² living area with a lounge, a sofa bed that converts to a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bedroom with a sea view: a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a walk-in closet. A second bedroom has two single beds (80 cm) that can be pushed together, and a walk-in closet. A bathroom with a walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Bright apartment with a large bay window opening onto a spacious 14m² balcony with patio furniture. A free private parking space is available for one vehicle per apartment. Please note: no visitor parking is available. Low-speed Wi-Fi access is also available.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
