This detached 150m² villa located 600m from Clémenceau beach and 500m from the shops consists, on the ground floor, of a 35m² living/dining room with sofa, flat screen TV, wood stove and table, an open and fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and extractor hood; separate WC, a pantry with washing machine, shower room with walk-in shower, sink and heated towel rail. A first bedroom with a 160cm bed and a large dressing room. On the first floor, a second bedroom with 1 140cm bed and a closet, a third bedroom with a 90cm bed and closet and a fourth bedroom with 2 90cm beds and closet; also a shower room with bathtub, sink and heated towel rail, separate WC. Outside, a large garden with terrace furniture and parking spaces on enclosed land. Pets are allowed in the house. The accommodation is smoke-free and includes a Wi-Fi router with internet access.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be performed by the tenants.
Additional services are available upon request and subject to availability: bed and linen rental, end-of-stay cleaning (€160), and baby equipment rental.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
Four districts, four faces: The town center, La Grière to the south, the Lighthouse to the west and the Hameau de la Terrière.

Grande maison moderne dans un quartier calme

Réservé pour 4 amis pour un weekend de 4 jours. La maison est grande, moderne et lumineuse situé dans un quartier calme à moins de 20min à pied du centre ville. Un bel emplacement sur le côté de la maison permet facilement de garer 3 voitures. La maison est entouré d'un jardin très fleuri créé avec goût. Idéal pour une petite coupure du quotidien.
