The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped with a vitro hob, a hood, an electric oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a fridge with a freezer... to make it easier to prepare your meals with family or friends...
A pantry with a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Access the sleeping area with two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and a cabin room with two 80cm bunk beds.

A shower room and an independent toilet.

Grilling is yours! A charcoal barbecue is available for a successful holiday.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
