"Check out was closed between 12-4pm - even though I was given information we could check in from 2pm - This was also on their own website and information given to my wife who booked via another website to. So arriving a 2.20pm in the pouring rain from an early am flight wasn't ideal. All shut up - nowhere to stand except in the porch and an hour wait for staff to arrive around 3.30pm - not an ideal start - Limited tea/coffee n towels also experienced - Ok on a budget, but maybe a bit more...

"My sister had almost $1,000 between Euros & US dollars stolen out of her suitcase in the room. The zipper inside the suitcase was broken and the money was taken. Also, the guy who works in the restaurant for breakfast on the weekend days gave the worst customer service we have ever had at a hotel. He was too busy smoking and drinking coffee behind the door to the kitchen to keep the food areas updated and clean off the dirty tables so there were places for the new customers to sit. "Our room and six other rooms were broken into and robbed. I’m not sure how they got the key to a door you need a key card to open it, but somehow they got into my room and six other rooms and took very valuable belongings. When asked the staff to review their cameras, they said we would have to make a police report, which makes no sense because it’s their establishment. We should be secure in their hotel and they acted like it was no big deal. The fact that they were able to get into our doors...
