It was good enough for a shower and a bed to sleep in when traveling / passing through and with pets. Bed was clean and the shower was clean. Working TV, frig, microwave, coffee maker. Also provided a very simple breakfast. One bug (roach) crawling on the floor. The bathroom door was dirty and the toilet seat had dried urine spots on it. The chair had dirt, crumbs and other things stuck under the cushion.

We came in with 2 children for a 3 day stay and was very pleased with this motel. Pool was nice. Rooms were clean. The customer service was very accommodating. My only disappointment was the breakfast. They need to add a protein other than boiled eggs.

Quick visit

Nice clean room. Nice, helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was a bit blah … continental means basically prepackage processed food except for boiled eggs. Coffee was good.

We love this place, and we stay here a few times a year when we attend concerts in nearby Franklin, GA. It's an older facility, and this does show here and there, but overall, it's clean, quiet, comfortable.

Great place to say with just a few flaws

I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was incredible. The only two things that were slight inconveniences where that the back door lock demagantized the key everytime we used it. Apparently the staff knew about it and we were not informed at check in, plus there was no sign informing people about the lock messing with their keys. The breakfast in the morning wasn't very good and we decided to have breakfast off property.

Terrible place to stay. Infested with roaches. They scattered everywhere when I turned the bathroom light on. Staff was friendly but I couldn’t even bring myself to bring my bags in or stay the night in the room because of the bugs.

Their breakfast was lacking options!! They had cereal, yogurt, bagel, muffins and a barely working pancake machine. But other than that things were good! The full-size double beds were small but slept 3.5. I would have booked else where if they had a refund policy. I even had insurance on the stay and canceled it because it was a refund policy with the hotel itself so if you book it don’t get insurance!! But they were next to every food joint you could want and walk to!! Including a mall

Would not recommend!

This hotel was rated as very good and honestly, I’m not sure why. When we walked into the room, there was half of a candy wrapper and a cellophane wrapper of some type on the floor. The carpet was sticky, so we kept our shoes on at all times. The sink had toothpaste splatters on the faucet, handle and the area behind it. The door to the outside didn’t close tightly and seal. You could see through the crack to the outside which means god knows how many bugs could get in. It was just a very icky room. Not sure why they accept pets because there was no clean grassy area to walk them. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

When we first opened the room, the air was filled with smoke. I booked a non smoking room for my family and I. They changed our room. It was outdated, dirty, bugs on the wall, and brown stains on the sheets. I just felt so disgusted. I called the front office and informed the woman that there were stains on the sheets and requested clean ones. She proceeded to ask me where were the stains. Ma'am, on the sheets. She seemed annoyed and unwelcoming. I called the front desk around 5:30 am and asked the same woman what time does breakfast start and she said 9am. I decided to clean up a bit to let time past until 9am. I get there at 9am and she said it was over. I said, "I called and you stated 9am". She laughed on my face in front of other customers. Not funny. We checked out and went across the street to LaQuinta where we had a great experience. I would not recommend this place. It is dirty and we didn't feel welcomed.

Pros - 1. Staff is great. Everyone is friendly and nice from check in to check out. 2. Location is great. It is right off the highway and close to several fast food areas. 3. Front desk area is well maintained. Cons - 1. First room i went to smelled horrible with cigarette. The front desk easily switched me. 2. In the new room the Bathroom was dirty. Stains and hair was all over. 3. Pillow cases smelled. 4. Bed linen was not clean. There were even burn marks on the sheets. 5. Breakfast is basic. No eggs or sausage. Overall - If you are looking for somewhere for a night you can chance it. But if i had to stay for more than a night i would not remain. I was exhausted after a 8 hour drive so i didn't have the energy to call Expedia and switch. I may have had the bad luck to get a room not well kept since other people gave such a high cleanliness rating (which is the main reason i booked this hotel).
