  • 5 minutes from the beaches of La Baume, near the village of Ruoms, near the gorges of Ardeche. Mas completed renovating in 2018 300 M2 for 12 people. You will appreciate its large volumes and its neat decoration of Indian influence.

Magnificent stay!

The house was great, pool and jacuzzi super, 2 kitchens, complete equipment, big bbq, everything was great, even better then promissed! I can recommend this house for a great familyholiday! The owner is very friendly and he made our holiday a very good one!

Geweldig huis, ieder gezin had eigen badkamer. Zwembad was geweldig zowel voor de volwassenen en de kinderen. Jacuzzi was een heerlijke extra.

tout était parfait, spacieux, bien équipé, propre, très bon accueil, déco chaleureuse et harmonieuse. nous avons apprécié le spa et la piscine que le propriétaire a bien voulu chauffer alors que nous étions mi octobre. Le bâtiment traditionnel est bien restauré dans un environnement magnifique.

Der Check in war freundlich, flexibel abgestimmt und informativ. Die Ausstattung von Küche, Bädern und die sonstige Inneneinrichtung war hervorragend und gut gepflegt. Der Pool, der whirlpool und die außenanlage waren hervorragend. Der Vermieter, herr Isaac-Torres wae sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Meine Familie, 6 Ew u 4 Ki, und ich waren rundum zufrieden, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können das Haus aus vollstes Überzeugung empfehlen.

Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus von Charles. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Ruoms und die Beaume sind fußläufig erreichbar, aber dennoch ist die Lage sehr ruhig und abgeschieden. Der Pool war für die Kinder ein Highlight. Charles war für uns bei Fragen immer erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle.

Traumhaus

Tolles großes Haus im indischen Stil. Das Haus ist großzügig und wunderschön dekoriert. Schön ist auch die Lage in der Nähe der Beaume und der Ardèche. Ruoms ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungenes Feriendomizil.

Wonderful stay in a fabulous place

We were a group of 7, My husband and I along with our four children and one of their girlfriends. Charles was a very attentive host. He met us personally and showed us to the house (despite our very late unfortunate arrival) The pictures of the house are wonderful but do not do enough justice. For people who it may be important to, due to location the wifi was not consistent. The pool was wonderful to relax in and the hot tub and the room it is situated in was fabulous. There are many pans, utensils, crockery etc. The space this house offers means there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out without feeling like they were on top of each other. The local areas were very pretty, and there is lots to explore with amazing views, The local supermarket approx 10 minute drive carrys pretty much anything you would need. The local pizza takeaway is also less than a 10 minute drive, near there is a place you can get chips, so the mamas can have a rest from cooking! Wonderful place to stay, if you are considering it, you wont be disappointed! Thank you Charles!

Had a great time. Villa was perfect and the pool; although a little cool, was just what we all needed when temperatures hit 39 degrees. Charles was extremely helpful and always at the other end of the telephone. Just wonderful.
